- 1 yellow pepper (kim & sonia)
- 1 onion
- 2 grated carrots
- 2 big cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot (iris & shae)
- 4 potatoes (iris & shae)
- 1 can of fire roasted tomatoes (jenny)
- 6 cups of water
- 2tsp salt (or to taste)
- fines herbs (parsley, chives, tarragon and chervil)
- 2tbs (more or less) olive oil for sauté
Stupid delicious. Vegan. Low sodium. Heart healthy. Served with Tassajara Yeast Bread.
